February 2008-July 2018: ECA Manager for Tell City-Troy Township School Corporation Superintendent’s Office
For over 10+ years I was affiliated with Tell City-Troy Township School Corporation. While associated with this corporation, I maintained all the state reporting for the corporation, kept financial records for the textbook rental, cafeteria, and building trade vocational accounts. I also held the responsibilities of Food Service Director for the school corporation, assisting the building cafeteria managers with menu planning, staff management, and maintaining a productive work environment. I managed the state assistance compliance reports, and filed all financial reports with the Department of Education. These reports are compiled on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. I also assist with accounts payable and payroll. Also, while working for Tell City-Troy Township School Corporation, I had the responsibility of Transportation Director, which entailed maintaining all drivers’ files and corporation vehicle logs, in compliance with DOE standards, and overseeing the scheduling of all ECA trips for the corporation. Another time consuming task I was assigned for 8 school calendar years, was to coordinate all substitute teachers on a daily basis for all grade levels, while handling day to day phone calls and duties in a professional manner. My goal was to maintain an efficient work environment and open atmosphere for all involved and to insure that all tasks at hand were successfully completed.
May 1999-February 2008: Teller/Personal Banker for Fifth
I was affiliated with 5/3 Banking Center of Tell City. While associated with this company, I held various positions that required me to use my communicative and motivational skills. My goal was to promote positive interactions among all banking center employees as well as to insure that customer demands were successfully achieved.
